Instructor Training and Development

Approved instructors receive structured training through the TFA Instructor Development Course (IDC).

The IDC helps instructors understand: TFA teaching standards and instructional methods, Course curriculum and learning outcomes, Classroom and practical teaching procedures, Learner assessment and grading requirements, Learning Management System procedures, Academic integrity and quality-assurance expectations, Learner support and course-completion processes

What the Franchisee Manages

Instructor legal name should be as per government ID. Instructor should have a Bachelors degree or Higher. Bachelors degree in Exercise Science related field is mandatory to teach ACE certifications. Other Bachelors degree (BTech, BCom) is acceptable to teach TFA Courses as long as Instructor has a valid NCCA Accredited Certification. Teaching experience can be detailed in Years + relavant work experience.
